• Occupation: Army officer, by the time of the census in April 1891. ²⁰¹ He was then "Captain Half Pay Begal Staff Company (Late 55 Foot)", living with his wife and two servants at 2 Woodlands Court, Barnes, Surrey. Their niec, Emm Potter was visiting.

Thomas married Emma Streets, daughter of John Streets and Ann Oldershaw. (Emma Streets was born circa 1833 in Stapleford, Notts ^198,199 and was baptised on 3 Nov 1833 in Stapleford, Notts ²⁰⁰.)
