• Will: leaving his property to his wife,dated 25 Oct 1862. ¹²⁰

William married Mary Ball, daughter of George Ball and Elizabeth Shepherd, on 21 May 1829 in Lenton, Notts.¹⁵ (Mary Ball was born circa 1808 in Lenton, Notts, baptised on 12 Jun 1808 in Lenton, Notts,¹⁴ died on 5 Feb 1874 ¹²¹ and was buried in Feb 1874 in Beeston Parish Church.)
