Albert Euerby Martin of Argentina (1855-1944)
Albert, the son of William & Jane of Car Colston, Nottingham and grandson of Robert & Sarah Martin of Beeston Nottinghamshire, emigrated
to Argentina in 1888.
Within three months of his arrival in Argentina, he opened his first English School, in the town of Cañada de Gómez, Province of Santa Fe,
the start
of a long life of fostering education in Argentina and supporting English-speaking schools and musical academies.
