• Occupation: Receiver of Fees - House of Lords, at the time of the census in April 1861. ¹⁷³ He was then living with his wife and a daughter with two servants at Hollington, Sussex.

• Residence. at Kings' Rd, Chelsea and later at 16 Denbigh Place, Pimlico

• Probate, 26 Oct 1869, Principle Probate Registry. ¹⁰⁵ It was valued at "less than £8000"

Gerard married Elizabeth *Unknown. (Elizabeth *Unknown was born on 29 Apr 1797 in London, St Giles Registation District,^174,175 died on 28 Jul 1870 ¹⁷⁶ and was buried in Beeston Parish Churchyard, Notts.)
