• Occupation: Lace warehouseman, at the time of the census in April 1881. ⁸⁶ He was then living at 22 Stewart Place, Nottingham with his wife and their baby daughter.

• Occupation: lace manufacturer, at the time of the census in April 1891. ⁸⁷ He was then living in Imperial Park, Beeston with his first wife, four children and a servant.

• Occupation: Lace merchant and manufacturer, by the time of the March 1901 census. ⁸⁸ He was by then living with at Bingham Rd, Radcliffe-on-Trent with his second wife, four of his children and a servant. He apparently moved their prior to their marriage in 1899 as it is shown as his abode in the marriage record.

Frank married Elizabeth Ann Howard on 3 Feb 1880 in Sneinton (St Stephens), Notts.²³ (Elizabeth Ann Howard was born circa 1853 in Nottingham ^89,90 and died Q1 1899 in Knaresborough Registration District ⁹¹.)

Frank next married Edith Maria Oldrini, daughter of Thomas John Oldrini and Maria Elizabeth Drage, on 8 Jan 1900 in Radcliffe On Trent, Notts ⁷⁸.^,79 (Edith Maria Oldrini was born Q1 1853 in Breaston, Derbys ^{92,93,94,95,96,97} and was baptised on 27 Feb 1853 in Breaston, Derbys ⁹⁸.)
